Procurement may be defined as the business management function of a Ministry, Department or Agency that ensures identification, sourcing, accessing and managing of the external resources that the MDA needs or may need to fulfill its strategic objectives. Profession titles in this group include, but are not limited to, Procurement Officer/Manager, and Director of Procurement.
