About The Library
Mission Statement
The mission of the MIND Library is to provide our stakeholders with current and relevant information, thereby supporting the larger mission of the Management Institute for National Development which is to provide public servants with quality leadership development options, management training, support services and outreach that sustain a culture of enterprise, efficiency and responsiveness to the publics they serve.

Collaborative Agreements with other Institutions
The library at University of the West Indies Mona Campus affords participants registered on the MIND/UWI programme access to a range of informational material to facilitate the delivery of the University programmes that are offered on franchise by the Institute.
The Library, through the Research and Information Management Unit, is involved in a number of committees which assist the Agency with networking and building collaborative relationships. These have included:
