We take every reasonable step to ensure that customer property is handled with care, secured appropriately, and used only for the purpose for which it was provided. This includes:
Secure Handling
Access Control
Only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need may access customer property. Confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Retention and Return
Original documents such as IDs, certificates, and academic qualifications are not kept by MIND. These are verified and immediately returned to the owner or their approved representative.
Where necessary, copies are made and maintained strictly for legitimate business purposes in accordance with government retention guidelines.
Incident Reporting
If customer property is ever lost, damaged, or accessed without authorization, MIND will take immediate action in alignment with its internal procedures and relevant legislation.
