| Course Description: | During this course, participants will learn ways to improve their leadership qualities and develop the skills needed to lead more effectively. Participants will learn how to become effective leaders who are more self-aware, can clearly motivate employees, lead productive teams and make decisions towards the achievement of the organisation’s goals and strategies. Participants will also learn the essential skills for establishing healthy working relationships, through the fostering of creative thinking, the adoption of effective communication strategies and promotion of positive interpersonal relationships for building strong teams. |
