Course Description:
This course is designed to enable Human Resource practitioners to use research and quantitative methods that emphasize objective measurements, statistical, or numerical analysis of data collected through polls, questionnaires, and surveys, or by manipulating secondary statistical data using computational techniques. The course focuses on gathering and analyzing quantitative data to form generalizations across groups of people or to explain a particular phenomenon and make evidence-based driven decisions.
