The MIND Public Sector Senior Management Development Programme (PSSMDP) is designed to equip participants with cutting edge leadership and management skills that will enhance their roles as strategic leaders within their organizations. The course is also designed to develop and advance the knowledge, skills and expertise of senior managers in the area of public sector management, with particular training emphasis on developing the ability to analyze and synthesize public policy directions and processes, and formulate and manage these policies effectively.
