| Course Description: | The MIND Post–Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management programme is designed to equip participants with cutting edge Human Resource Management skills as well as a heightened level of understanding and competence, to lead and guide Human Resource Management strategically and effectively within the organization. |
| Course Requirements: | To be considered for entry into this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Experience in middle or senior management is advantageous.
- The institution may also consider mature entry for applicants with a minimum of five years of relevant experience and other qualifications not listed above, contingent on a successful interview.
