Course Description:
The Programme aims to strengthen the core competencies and key technical skills of Management Analysts across MDAs, to directly impact their ability to support public sector organizational efficiency and productivity and the new framework for strategic human resource management. More specifically, Management Analysts will be equipped to develop their competence and confidence to support public sector organisational design and development that reflect the meticulous planning, analysis, research and understanding of business objectives, strategy, processes and operational changes, that satisfy the needs of the MDAs and the priorities of Government.
Course Requirements:
Persons are required to satisfy the following matriculation requirements to be considered for entry into this programme:  Minimum - Bachelors Degree or equivalent from an accredited tertiary level institution.  Experience in middle or senior management would be advantageous.  Consideration may be given to applicants on a mature entry basis with a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resource Management, other qualifications not listed above and a successful interview.
