Course Description:
This course is designed to enable supervisors, managers, and all team leads to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities required to set challenging and productive goals for their respective teams; to identify the material and other resources required by the team to achieve said goals; to set up systems and processes to measure team results; and to hold themselves and their teams accountable for achieving the agreed goals. Participants will also be exposed to typical dysfunctions that affect teams along with strategies for addressing such dysfunctions. The goal of this course is to develop and strengthen their knowledge, skills and abilities as they strive to create a work environment fostered by a commitment to engendering high levels of trust.
