The purpose of “Best Foot Forward: Navigating the Customer Service Frontline” is to equip frontline public sector staff with the skills, tools, and mindset needed to deliver exceptional, citizen-centered service. Aligned with the Service Excellence Policy and the Public Sector Learning Framework, this course aims to strengthen the professionalism, responsiveness, and emotional intelligence of service experience professionals, ultimately improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in Jamaica’s public service.
