| Course Description: | Delivering exceptional public service requires more than good intentions—it requires data-driven decisions and the ability to measure what matters. This course introduces service excellence professionals to the foundational principles of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and how they apply in the public service context.
Aligned with Jamaica’s Service Excellence Policy and the Service Experience Learning Pathway, the course equips participants with the tools to support performance measurement by developing indicators, collecting data, and verifying outcomes. These essential skills help public sector professionals identify service needs, track progress, and ensure meaningful impact.
By building M&E capability across the public sector, this course supports the Government of Jamaica’s mission to create a responsive, accountable, and citizen-centered service culture—one that continually improves based on evidence, not assumptions. |
