Course Description:
The Government of Jamaica (GOJ) has long recognized the need to significantly improve service quality within the public sector, ensuring that both Jamaican citizens and those conducting business with Jamaica receive the high standard of service they deserve. In response to this need, the GOJ established the Service Excellence Policy which emphasizes the importance of delivering exceptional public services.
