Course Description:
The First Time Leaders’ Development Programme was developed and designed by the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) and is based on a Caribbean-wide public sector research conducted on the leadership learning needs of first time public sector leaders. The Programme is therefore designed with you, the first-time leader in mind. This Programme will deepen your understanding of who you are, what you bring in the public sector context, in order to increase your capacity to lead with emotional and social intelligence, and practice new tools and strategies to nurture a performance mind set, improve service delivery and support organisational innovation and change towards enhanced results and impact.
