Course Description:
This course is designed to develop and establish a culture of good governance throughout the public sector via the exposure of participants to global “best in class” corporate governance practices, principle and systems; and in the process, develop and/or strengthened the requisite skills and competencies required to establish and maintain effective corporate governance standards throughout their organisations. Participants will also be better equipped with the skills and knowledge to respond effectively and appropriately to the new challenges and demands for corporate governance.
