  • Understands and complies with legal, policy and organisational guidelines in relation to contracts, purchases and general delivery of goods and services.
  • Applies basic checking and quality control processes.
  • Engages managers/supervisors on goods and service providers that do not meet minimum quality standards.
  • Engages in regular checks to ensure suppliers and partners provide relevant and timely data to monitor the quality and timeliness of services.
  • Considers and utilises alternative ways of working with partners and contractors to identify more efficient outcomes, balancing cost, quality and turnaround times.
  • Works with commercial experts in engaging effectively and intelligently with delivery partners to define and/or improve service delivery.
