  • Maintains efficient procurement documentation and record management system.
  • Disseminates tender documents.

  • Ensures efficiency in the maintenance of procurement documentation and record management system in keeping with relevant documentation policies.
  • Maintains a database of all bonds and insurances and ensures that they are current at all times and takes responsibility for the safekeeping and return of all relevant documents.
  • Prepares relevant procurement documents within prescribed GoJ guidelines.
  • Prepares and disseminates standard bidding documents, evaluation reports, approval documents and contracts in keeping with prescribed GoJ guidelines.

  • Coordinates reports for submission to the MoFPS, Integrity Commission, Public Procurement Commission, and the Cabinet, etc
  • Maintains database with current cost and location of goods, works, and services and establishes links with ones in other government agencies.

  • Reviews and approves standard bidding documents, evaluation reports, approval documents and contracts in keeping with prescribed GoJ guidelines.
