  • Possesses basic understanding of ICT infrastructure, software engineering, IT security and risk management, data management, IT service delivery, and ICT Project Management.
  • Utilises knowledge of ICT infrastructure to assist in the development of strategic objectives, guidelines and policies.
  • Understands and applies enterprise infrastructure architecture models and unified communications infrastructures and how they may be used to improve government operations.
